Terms of Service

Welcome to Middle Park Florist. By placing an order with us—whether online, in-store, or over the phone—you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Availability
All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. While we do our best to replicate arrangements as shown, substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value when necessary.

2. Orders & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payment via major credit cards and other approved methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

3. Deliveries
We deliver within designated areas. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate recipient details, including a contact number.

  • Residential deliveries must be made by 6:30pm.

  • Business deliveries must be made by 5:00pm.

  • Gift hampers cannot be left unattended.
    If no one is home, couriers will call the recipient twice. If deemed safe, flowers will be left out of direct sunlight with a photo taken and sent to the sender. Delivery is confirmed via QR code scan at time of drop-off.

4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Proof of delivery is required.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the issue is a result of an error on our part or a fault in the product.

5. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection. Cancellations within this time frame may incur a fee or be non-refundable if the arrangement is already in production.

6. Social Media & Photography
From time to time, we may take photos of arrangements for use on our website or social media. If you prefer your arrangement not be photographed, please notify us at the time of ordering.

7. Privacy Policy
All customer information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for processing your order or contacting you about your delivery. We do not share personal information with third parties.

8. Agreement
By placing an order with Middle Park Florist, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change without notice, and we encourage you to review them periodically.
