Refund & Returns Policy
At Middle Park Florist, we take great pride in the quality and care of every arrangement we create. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on floral products.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the flowers being ordered or delivered. Proof of delivery will be required to process any refund request.
If an item is faulty or there has been an error on our part (such as an incorrect product or delivery issue), we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
