As we settle into the heart of winter, we’d like to take a moment to thank our wonderful customers for your continued support. Winter is often a slower season for florists, allowing us to recharge, refresh, and prepare for the exciting months ahead.
❄️ Winter Closure
To give our team a well-deserved break, Middle Park Florist will be closed for one week from Monday the 6th July, reopening on Tuesday the 14th July.
During this time, we’ll be taking the opportunity to rest, reset, and return refreshed for the busy spring season ahead.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen.
💍 Winter Weddings
Did you know winter is one of the most beautiful times to get married?
Soft natural light, rich seasonal blooms, and cosy colour palettes make winter weddings incredibly romantic. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a larger event, we’d love to help bring your floral vision to life.
We’re currently taking bookings for winter, spring and summer weddings, so if you’re recently engaged, we’d love to chat with you about your special day.
🌸 Winter Flower Care Tips
One of the best things about winter flowers? They naturally last longer!
Here are a few simple tips to keep your blooms looking their best:
- Change the water every 2–3 days.
- Trim the stems on an angle each time you refresh the water.
- Keep flowers away from heaters and fireplaces, as direct heat can shorten their lifespan.
- Place your arrangement in a cool spot out of direct sunlight.
The cooler temperatures mean your flowers can often be enjoyed for even longer than they would during summer.
